Mixed Level Yoga - For new and on-going students, this class combines standing, sitting, forward bends, introduction to backbends and inversions. Deeper instruction and more challenging poses will be introduced to those who are ready. Not to worry as your present ability and condition is always considered. Everyone is encourages to work at their own pace.
Yoga Privates - For all levels of students looking for one on one direction. Especially beneficial for those with physical limitations injuries, weaknesses, etc. Great for those wanting to move their practice ahead by fine tuning poses, addressing challenging issues for your particular body type, higher levels of instruction or whatever the need.
Yoga Duets - Bring a friend to share the fun and benefits on private instruction.
