Meditation & Relaxation


This ancient practise is said to be the most valuable on the path to liberation and freedom from our social and self-imposed limitations.  For most of us it is a 'process' and on-going evolution into a place within filled with quiet stillness, illuminating ideas or thoughts and intuitive guidance.  Some traditions call this connecting with divinity, Christ consciousness or all-knowing love.

Like any practise the more you give the more you receive.  From experience, Mary Fran can tell you this beautiful discipline when developed and practised with reverence, love and integrity can transform your life.  It brings to one increased confidence, encouragement, peace, good health, inner strength and guidance.  It is a connection to the highest good for yourself, your family and society.  It is a great gift.

Each class begins with simple restorative yoga poses to quiet the mind, relax the body and sooth the nervous system.  You will be guided into meditation each class exploring a slightly different approach.  Thoughts and experiences may be shared or just contemplated on ones own, as you choose.  You are encouraged to bring a journal.

Come with no expectations upon yourself and enjoy what unfolds.  Have no judgments and no comparisons as everyone is very unique.   Remember this is a process that takes time as does everything that is worth while. Click for Meditation / Relaxation Schedule
