Intro to Yoga - For those new to yoga or Iyengar Yoga - You will learn detailed verbal and demonstrative instruction covering the basic beginner poses.  preparing you  to start a practice at home or join any of our on-going classes.  NEW STUDENTS & THOSE WANTING A GENTLER PACE

Level 1 Yoga - An on-going class with focus on standing poses and other base poses. One  builds strength, flexibility and body awareness of proper alignment for the health of the spine and organic body. New Students are Welcome to this class.

Mixed Level Yoga - This class combines standing, sitting, forward bends, introduction to back bending poses and inversions. Deeper instruction and more challenging poses will be introduced to those who are ready.  Not to worry as your present ability and condition is always considered. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. New students are welcome.

Level 2 Yoga - This class is for those with at least 6 months experience in the Iyengar yoga practice and ready to deepen their holds of basic poses with the addition of more back bending, inversions, spinal twists and forward bending. Poses are taken to deeper levels with a bit more time to explore each posture. Not for beginners.


Reiki - Everything is vibration or energy even us!! Reiki is the channeling of energy/God's healing light, to facilitate healing and opening of blocked energy is our bodies, minds, emotions and spiritual levels. Energy paths are coaxed to open promoting release of toxins, pain and physical and emotional wounds resulting in new freedom. This is extremely relaxing and healing work. Relaxation / Meditation - The 7th branch of the ancient art of yoga, meditation is the development of one’s relationship with their own highest self of purity and love. It is a practice, which requires cultivation but is quite accessible to all. This practice removes one from daily distractions into a place of peace, happiness and inner wisdom. It has many physical stress releasing benefits as well. One-hour relaxation / meditation classes begin with gentle restorative postures to calm the nervous system and are followed by meditation. Yoga Privates - For all levels of students looking for one on one direction. Especially beneficial for those with physical limitations, weaknesses, etc. Great for those wanting to move their practice ahead  by fine tuning poses, addressing challenging issues for your particular body type, higher levels of instruction or whatever the need.
